D5100 has the same sensor as the D7000, so your going to get a better quality pic compared to the D5000 and D3100, for those who care. It’s also got better sensor compared to the Canon 600D, but Canon has better video.

No the Canon has no selective color mode.
Well you can let the D5100 take a picture every x seconds/minutes/hours for up to 999 pictures in a row, if that’s what you mean with “frame per second”.

Does the cannon 600D have selective colour mode as you did with the taxi. I am planning on getting the Nikon 5100D But the cannon takes better video? One thing is there a camera that does frame per second for doing things like animation. where you can bring your drawings or plastercine models to life?

I guess it vaires from one country to another but in most countries it is legal as long as the subjects in the photo are over 18 and as long as they are in a public place (some countries are even more permissive,un these countries the subject can be indoors, but as long as the photographer is not trasspassing he can still take his photo-that’s how paparazzi’s, for example, make their living).
